Install

    Download the installer

    Click the button above. Your browser saves Conseal-arm64.dmg. Conseal is not distributed through the Mac App Store.

    Run Install Conseal.command (recommended on macOS 15+)

    Open the .dmg and double-click Install Conseal.command. It copies Conseal to Applications, clears Apple’s download quarantine, and opens the app. If macOS blocks the script, see the Terminal step below.

    Or drag to Applications, then clear quarantine in Terminal

    Drag Conseal into Applications, open Terminal (Utilities), paste: xattr -cr /Applications/Conseal.app — then press Enter and launch Conseal from Applications.

    If you only see “Move to Trash” and no way to open

    On macOS Sequoia, Done does not enable right-click Open. Do not use Move to Trash. Use Install Conseal.command or the xattr command above. System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway may appear after one failed launch, but Terminal is more reliable.

Requirements

  • Mac with Apple Silicon (arm64)
  • macOS 12 Monterey or later
  • ~1.2 GB disk space for the app and bundled models

Conseal does not upload your documents. Authentication and subscription checks use conseal.ai; file processing runs locally.
